Permanently lease ¼ acre (or more) of our resort. (Limited number available)

For $2000 you can permanently lease ¼ acre on our resort to set up your own camping spot and getaway. You can set up a “permanent” camp with a cabin, camp trailer, fire pit, storage shed for equipment, or any other ideas you may have. You simply pay $500 each year for us to babysit your camp site and ensure it is safe for your enjoyment. You will no longer have to pack up the entire house to get away. Just get you and your clothes and come to your getaway and enjoy the solitude of the countryside.

You will have free access to our resort while you are here. You can fish, rock hunt, go 4 wheeling, and watch the wildlife. The 2000 acre ranch becomes your escape.

Our resort is also in a centrally located to many great activities. We are 100 miles from Yellowstone National Park, 70 miles from Thermopolis Hot Springs, 50 miles from Buffalo Bill Museum, and many more sites to see.

Rules & Regulations – these are to protect both the leasee and the leasor

1. The campsite is yours as long as you pay your $500 annual fee. Failure to pay the fee gives up your rights to the campsite and it can be leased out to someone else.

2. Painted Desert Resort will be given a key to the gate for management purposes.

3. Any permanent buildings on the place will have an extra annual fee to cover the property tax assessment for the structure.

4. You are not to use the campsite as a storage spot for junk vehicles, or otherwise unsightly trash.

5. One of the owners of the lease has to be present for other guests to use your sight (you can not give the key to your neighbor unless you come with him). This protects your property because we will have no other way to discern other than knowing the owners of the lease.

6. This lease is transferable one time only. (ie. Parent to Child, Owner to Relative, etc.) It can not be transferred to a neighbor then transferred back.
